Auraguard Refund and Replacement Policy


At Auraguard, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, or a product may not perform as expected. Our policies aim to provide you with a seamless return and replacement experience.


Change of Heart Returns


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:


1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Condition of the Item: The item must be in brand new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns of items that have been worn, soiled, or damaged will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:To initiate a return, please contact us at info@auraguard.com.au within the 14-day window. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to take to your nearest Australia Post location. Auraguard will cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.


Replacement for EMF Shielding Warranty


We stand by the effectiveness of our products' EMF shielding capabilities. If a product does not meet your expectations in terms of its advertised EMF shielding within the first year of purchase, we will replace it under the following conditions:


Warranty Period: The replacement warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Condition for Replacement: The product must demonstrate a significant reduction in its EMF shielding effectiveness compared to what was advertised. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.

Replacement Process: If you believe your product is not performing as advertised, please contact us at info@auraguard.com.au with a description of the issue and proof of purchase. We will assess the claim and provide a replacement if it falls within the warranty terms.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Consumer Rights


This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides you with certain guarantees regarding the quality and suitability of our products. For more information, please refer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines.


Exclusions and Limitations


- We are not liable for any damage to products that have not been cared for according to the care instructions provided.

- Refunds will not be provided for change of heart after the 14-day return window has elapsed, or for items that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

- Replacements for diminished EMF shielding will not be provided for standard wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from improper care.
